John is active CEO and founder of Right Step Mortgage LLC. He started his career in the Mortgage Business in 2001 as a Loan Officer. He has personally started and funded a few companies in and around the residential and commercial spaces. He is an active real estate investor, private lender, and developer. John has personally funded over a billion in loan production, recognized in national sale publications, and achieved numerous sales awards in his career including employee of the month, biggest volume gainer, Top Producer, Chairman’s circle, and President’s Club. John attended college at the University of CT. His passion is helping clients achieve their dreams of home ownership and helping loan officers take their careers to the next level.
John is married with 2 children. He resides in CT and loves to spend time with his family, traveling, skiing, boating, and being outdoors.
