Here is the guide and materials you need to get licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Follow the steps below and get started!

2. Review the study guide packet and documents (7 total)

   • NMLS Course Enrollments - Individual
   • NMLS Test Enrollments - Individual
   • OnCourse Learning - Study Sheets (Blank)
   • Practice Quiz #1
   • Practice Quiz #2
   • Practice Quiz #3

3. Obtain an NMLS account and Individual ID number through NMLS Course Enrollments - Individual.  This must be done prior to step #4

4. Click Here to register for the "NMLS 20 Hour SAFE Comprehensive Online Pre-Recorded New License Course + Test Prep - UWM Referral

5. Click "New License" button under "Pre-Licensing Education"

6. Under “Select Track (Days To Complete Course)”, select "Expanded 14-Day Course"

7. Under “Select State”, select "20+1 Hr (Your State Elective)"

8. Under "Test Prep Add On", select “Ultimate Test Prep Upgrade +$75.00"

9. Add to Cart (cost should be $265-$300 based off State Elective)

10. Make sure to schedule your National Test through NMLS Test Enrollments - Individual. Cost is $110.

*Additional Costs after passing test:

• Background check ($36.25)
• Credit Report ($15)

*Total Costs Estimate (Based Off State Elective) = $427 to $462
